The prize comprises:
a) Flights for two in economy class departing from and returning to a London Airport of our choice with stopovers at Melbourne and Sydney, Australia;
b) Return shared airport transfers at both stopover locations;
c) Five nights’ luxury hotel accommodation (4* min) in Melbourne on a room only basis, based on the winner and his/her companion sharing a double/twin room (subject to availability);

The prize winner must book their trip within 28 days of the date of their Congratulations Letter from Element and at least six weeks in advance of his/her preferred departure date or the prize may be forfeited.

The prize must be taken before 30 June 2014. The prize cannot be taken in December 2013 and January, July and August 2014, between 15 and 25 April 2014 or during Bank/Public Holidays in the UK (26 August 2013; and 18 April; 21 April; 5 May and 26 May 2014).

The winner and his/her companion must hold a current and valid passport and any other relevant travel documentation required for travel to and entry to Australia. It is the responsibility of the winner to organise and pay costs associated with obtaining visas for themselves and their travelling companion.

Travel insurance terms exclude pre-existing medical conditions and insurance is subject to standard policy excesses and an upper age limit of 74 years.

Where the winner is under 18 years old, the winner must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over to check into the hotel. Please note that either the winner or his/her companion will need a current and valid credit card in order to check in at the hotel for security deposit purposes. It is the responsibility of the winner to ensure that they and/or his/her companion adhere to the local laws in the Australia. It is highly recommended that the winner and his/her companion obtain advice from a medical professional in advance of travelling and ensure that vaccinations are up to date.

The prize excludes ground transfers in the UK, additional meals and drinks which are not included in the prize, additional excursions, attractions, additional treatments, gratuities, personal expenses, visas and vaccinations where required and all other costs and arrangements not expressly included in the prize.

The prize and all its elements are subject to availability.

There is no cash alternative or refund for unused portions of the prize. The prize is non-transferrable.

Any amendments made by the prize winner after the booking is confirmed may be subject to administration charges levied by the specific supplier. Any such charges will be the responsibility of the winner.

There will be one (1) individual Prize of one (1) new at the time of first registration 'MINI Cooper' 1.6 which is in full working order at the time of the winner being announced. Insurance, maintenance and running costs of the vehicle are the responsibility of the winner from the date of ownership of the vehicle. The winner must arrange insurance and provide a full UK driving license on the date of collection. Coral will not be responsible for any mechanical (or other) faults that may develop after the winner takes ownership of the vehicle.

The one (1) winner of the Prize will be decided no later than 23.59 8th July 2013. The winner will be selected at random by Coral and contacted by Coral on the email address or telephone number provided.
