The prize comprises:
a) Return flights for two in economy class from a London airport of our choice to a New York, USA, airport;
b) Return private airport transfers for two between the airport and the hotel in New York;
c) Five nights' accommodation at 4* DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Hotel New York City – Times Square on a bed and breakfast basis, based on the winner and his/her companion sharing a double/twin one bedroom suite (subject to availability);
d) Two tickets to a show on Broadway of the winner’s choice (subject to availability ) to the value of $300
e) £1,000 spending money to be paid to the winner only by cheque once his/her trip has been booked
f) Travel insurance for two.

The prize winner must book their trip within 28 days of the date of their Congratulations Letter from Element and at least six weeks in advance of his/her preferred departure date or the prize may be forfeited.

The prize must be taken before 30 June 2014. The prize cannot be taken between 19 December 2013 and 10 January 2014 (inclusive), during Bank/Public Holidays in the UK (18 April 2014; 21 April 2014; 5 May 2014; 26 May 2014) over Easter (18 April – 21 April 2014) or during the months of July and August 2013.

The winner and his/her companion must hold a current and valid passport and any other relevant travel documentation required for travel to and entry to the USA including but not limited to making a timely application for receipt of ESTA (Electronic System for Travel Authorization) authorization under the Visa Waiver Program. It is the responsibility of the winner to organise and pay costs associated with obtaining visas for themselves and their travelling companion.

Travel insurance terms exclude pre-existing medical conditions and insurance is subject to standard policy excesses and an upper age limit of 74 years.

Where the winner is under 21 years old, the winner must be accompanied by an adult aged 21 or over to check into the hotel. Please note that either the winner or his/her companion will need a current and valid credit card in order to check in at the hotel for security deposit purposes. It is the responsibility of the winner to ensure that they and/or his/her companion adhere to the local laws in the USA It is highly recommended that the winner and his/her companion obtain advice from a medical professional in advance of travelling and ensure that vaccinations are up to date.

The prize excludes ground transfers in the UK, additional meals and drinks which are not included in the prize, additional excursions, attractions, additional treatments, gratuities, personal expenses, visas and vaccinations where required and all other costs and arrangements not expressly included in the prize.
