Our broker received an email on Tues confirming our mortgage offer (Santander).
Does any-one know how long we can expect to wait for our copy?

Yep, your broker should have a digital copy.
In ours case, our broker e-mailed us the digital copy within an hour of our mortgage offer. Then it (somehow?) taken 3 weeks for NW to post the physical copy to us.0 -
Abbey dont have the option to download the offer.
Everyone (client, broker & solicitor) have to wait for the post.
Unless you can get someone at the processing centre to fax you a copy (but theyre not usually that helpful)
It should only be 2/3 days though0 -

Our broker hasn't been very forthcoming at all. We've done nothing but chase him!
Ah well, another couple of weeks and all the stress will have been worthwhile
