  • Im subscribing to this as am young and have been dumb with money too!! Lets hope this will no longer be the case!!

    Got myself into a lot more debt than you have, but hey the road to debt-freeness starts at the same place for us all.

    I can not give up buying stuff, but if I want a massive purchase of a nice new house then I will just have too :(

    Its quite funny, But once you actually get debt free, you find you dont want to start spending again ....... or is that just me ?

    Nope not just you! Me too!!! Well, usually anyway! Putting so much effort into saving I see a top reduced to £5 and I still think 'I can't afford that' :rotfl: One extreme to the other!! :o

    Subscribed to this thread! I have £3640 worth of debt and hope to pay it off end September so would be nice to help each other along the way! Im fed up with being in debt, 27 in April and time to start growing up too!

    Well just updated my spending diary AND :O!!!!!
    Saturday- £4.50 gym, £13.47 ebay, £20 for the weekend
    Sunday- £45 hair extensions ( I cannot live without these and mine had gone scraggy) £2.38 morrisons, £8.94 superdrug, £10 ebay
    Monday- No spends woohoo
    Tuesday-£11.22 ebay, £52 (owed out)

    Really need to knock this ebay on the head :( !!!
    After everything being needed to pay this month I have about £200 left for myself, I want to pay an extra £100 off the debt so £100 left really, I just don't know if I can manage it!
