For a long time I have had to put in a ticket for the Trial Pay Opinion surveys, really puts me off doing them.0 -

On the Trial Pay wall, at the top right there is a link that says 'Support' click on it and you should get a list of all the offers you have completed by date. Don't worry if yours is not listed, just find one that says Opinion Survey and fill in the details of when you did the offer. Had all but given up on swagbucks today but i just checked on the off chance and got a DS on casino clubs took 5 minutes not the 15 stated.
