The Europa Casino offer on R1 didn't credit for me. I just submitted a ticket and from the record of what I've done on the R1 wall it shows I've completed 15 offers on that wall since 20 Feb. Of these, 6 were videos and credited instantly. Of the remaining 9 proper offers, I've had to submit a ticket for 7(!) of them...5 awarded and two now pending... I swear I spend more time chasing these offers up than I do actually doing the offers. And yes, I clear my cookies regularly. Grrrr.

Nearly had a paddy then, doing a survey on compare insurance websites with ads - took 20 minutes to this point, and the bloody video takes another 5 to load!

How long does it normally take for the amazon e-gift card to show up? I know it says 10-14 days, but I was sort of hoping it might be sooner!

Hello all, new to this, and just wanted to say thanks for introducing me to Swagbucks, I've only been on it a few days, and have racked up a few SB's, I have a couple of Q?'s if anyone wouldn't mind answering please...

What is TS ?
I've setup a Gmail account to receive some of the [STRIKE]spam[/STRIKE] important money back offers etc etc, I'm assuming thats what most other people do, but is there any need to be concerned about putting your details out there in cyberspace ?

In my experience it has taken seven days.

Today is a little better for me, have 59/90, this was through swag tv, the lush card link and a search which got 7 bucks. Only problem is I don't seem to have done anything else all morning!

TS = Trusted Surveys.

From the home page if you go - "Answer>Surveys" - they are the TS (trusted surveys).

When I started I read through the excellent guide at the start of this thread by fairyclicks and cannot recommend enough to have a good read through.

It may not make sense at first but things will soon fall into place; everything in the guide is relevant and useful.

ETA - Most people do the same, re having a seperate email for swagbucks.

Downloading stuff has been debated heavily in the previous incarnation of this thread and personally I do not. There has been some evidence of dodgy stuff out there as Swagbucks are not responsible for third party stuff. The usual get-out in the T&Cs.
