On your Ts homepage there should be a yellow box that says ' Have a question',try there first for help, then swagbucks support.Some of the TS do say that it can take a few weeks to gt credit.

I bought something this morning from Tesco using trailpay
once again no credit so I have put a ticket in

done ok this month. didnt meet target on 1st march but have managed it since. Today's been a challenge though with no surveys but managed to get a 22SB trialpay survey registering for gatorade community + the 10SB code + 10 SB for games, and the rest for polls, NOSO and few videos.
