Accord Mortgages - any knowledge of?

Hi all

Although my post is concerning mortgages it's a sub prime co therefore I thought I would post here to see if anyone has any knowledge of them....

My partner and I are applying for a mortgage with "Accord". I would be interested to hear you stories/advice.

    Sorry to dig this one up but thought I'd reply as I'm finding these a great lender at the moment. They're the specialist/intermediary arm of the Yorkshire B/S.

    Their service is excellent and they've had some great rates over the past few months (just done a couple of 10 year fixes at 5.69%).

    With sub-prime, they're a very fair lender - once your introductory rate has ended, they'll switch you to a prime product (which are amongst the best in the marketplace) so you're not tied to high rates or extended early repayment charge periods.

    All has been good in my dealings with them - they're fast, efficient and fair in their dealings with clients with adverse credit.

    Hope that's reassuring, even this late in your dealings with them.
