I had the same problem. I clicked through them all, double clicking and whatnot and tried again and it went through. I don't actually know what I left it on because I was expecting another error! Keep trying!

I had problems with the site and when it asked for the code as soon as I entered the box it would send me to my e mail! So in the end thats what I have done - e mailed my request.

Hopefully I will get the sample

I had the same problem so tried it through a different browser (google chrome) and it worked no probs at all, hope this helps
