Can we petition to get a new board set up called something like, "I have no clue what I'm on about but will post anyway"? We could then send posts like the OP's there.
Why bother with the petition? I thought that was what this board was? And you and Wookster are founder members.......If you keep doing what you've always done - you will keep getting what you've always got.0 -

A rising stock market does not necassarily imply an improving economy.
In this case it just means more profits for the liars and thieves in the city/wall street.
Indirectly the rising stock market can feed into the economy e.g, higher pension pools or increased wealth (not just for the city types) giving a sense of confidence and financial well being leading to more spending, similar to increasing house prices (without the obvious negatives).'Just think for a moment what a prospect that is. A single market without barriers visible or invisible giving you direct and unhindered access to the purchasing power of over 300 million of the worlds wealthiest and most prosperous people' Margaret Thatcher0 -

Economists call it the Wealth Effect.
The wealthier people feel the more of their income they are prepared to spend.
House and stock prices do the same.0 -

Is he going to be copying Obama's swingeing budget cuts as well?0
