I winned but didnt get me prize

I know its only a small win, but after years of playing and all that, i won a £5 cd-wow voucher on tombola around the 7th jan 05, i clicked on the confirmation link and filled me details, and heard absolutely nothing! constant checks of my spam folders etc... emailed tombola plenty of times, i dont even get a reply! any ideas anyone???

Tombola are usually pretty good at sending the prizes out. They usually post them as well rather than email at least they did. Which email address did you use to contact them? sales@tombola.com or tommy.uk@tombola.com. I'd say try them again maybe use both addresses and say that you won back in Jan but still haven't recieved anything. They probably have a way that they can check peoples accounts to see when they won so inculde you user name as well. Check on HERE and see if your name is on the list you will need to change the dates in the drop down boxes. Apart from that I have no other ideas sorry.Hope you get your voucher soon though.
