unsecured changed to secured question
hi everyone
i have a nram account at the moment and it was split into 2 parts secured and unsecured but back in 2009 they went to court and got the unsecured part secured . my problem is that i have got behind with payments and due for repo of my house . i know this might be clutching at straws here but they have told the court i still have an unsecured loan which i have got behind on and keep add charges to it and one minute i owe x amount then when i get to court i owe another amount . i paid £3500 off my secured part in nov as ask by the court but i am now told i only paid £2700 off as the rest went to this unsecured loan even tho they knew what the court said and they changes it to secured some 40 months ago . am i right in thinking this is wrong .
sorry its breif
