Can I have mortgage over 20 yr

I am 55 years old and I am looking for a mortgage of 64,000
Property is valued at 90,000. My question is to ask the longest term I could have the mortgage taken over.
This is important before I may or may not approach a lender.
I would love someone to come back and say between 17 - 20 years.
Many thanks for any help offered.
