how do i claim for ppi on endowment

hi, i am a newbe so will probably sound daft, but i took out a mortgage with halifax and the endowment was with winterthur life which then become provident life .
i don't know if i can make a claim for misselling to them or not i did receive alot of letters about the shortfall and that i possib ly would not meet it .
also i sold the house in 2005 and i did not receive any information about the way that the endowment performed. should i of ?
one last thing do i make my claim to winterthur or provident life?

Investment performance is not grounds to have a mis-selling claim upheld.

So in what way do you think the policy was mis-sold?

Did they know where you lived?

Whoever sold you the policy. But you may be timed out. And make sure you know what you're claiming for.
