I am trying to curb my Diet coke habit now i have managed (mostly) to knock the sugar intake on the head.
I just couldn't even consider doing them both together. I would just go into melt down.
So respect, for doing sugar and caffeine at once. Please note I have a cognitive disability - as such my wording can be a bit off, muddled, misspelt or in some cases i can miss out some words totally...0 -
You are all making me feel really guilty. I have a massive chocolate addiction plus wine. Yes I know how bad it all is for me. I should really stop it all now.:(
Well done to you all for your restraint and will power.:A
You are setting an example for me to follow - thank you :j0 -

I did that too but tea just doesn't taste the same now. I have changed to drinking decaff coffee as I have 1 sugar in that;)Please do not quote spam as this enables it to 'live on' once the spam post is removed.
If you quote me, don't forget the capital 'M'

I did sugar and caffeine at the same time about 5 years ago. The headache was a killer. Came off low carb when I got pregnant with my daughter and couldn't stomach protein at all. Never went back to caffeine. Have up carbs again a week ago and was in bed by 8:30pm that day with a killer headache! Only lasted a few hours though and all good now.Trying to be a man is a waste of a woman0

Oh wine. That's my downfallI think I might be able to give up sugar but I'd struggle with caffeine and wine. I vowed to give up alcohol until July this year. Uh uh. I got through January before I caved. I'm in a stressful job though!
