Mine say dispatching soon (two of the 750ml ones and 2 of the smaller ones). No charge to my bank yet, normally the money is being at least held but they aren't even doing that...

Just realised, that the one they cancelled was the one that I said I ordered the next day when only 1 x the smaller pack for 48p was available. I can't see it in my amazon account at all anymore. It's not there even as cancelled perhaps because they cancelled it and not me.

Just checked the other one and it's coming up as "dispatching soon." Perhaps they are waiting for the right amount of stock. I really hope they don't cancel this one too. I love Evian water so this is an awesome deal if fulfilled.

Well my main order has now just been cancelled with the same rubbish email sent the other day.

I don't mind them cancelling orders especially if it puts them at a loss but what really annoyed me about the cancellation is this:

1) Why did it take so long to cancel - they should have cancelled it the day after and said it's a mistake instead of giving hope.

2) The part where they go they would have honored the deal. Err no, they wouldn't have. And that's fine because it puts their business at a loss. They don't have to honor anything that will put them at a loss but don't include it in the email as though I should be grateful that they were apparently going to honor it especially when they didn't.

I did expect it and yes they messed around and I certainly would not purchase from them they don't until confidence in me for thier products

This happens alot for 3rd party sellers on Amazon. You get better service buying on eBay.

I think we all got cancellations via amazon, I certainly did if they took your money they get onto amazon about them
