Hi,
My years BR is up in the next couple of days. I have a few questions, cant seem to find the answers in other threads, apologies if I am repeating queries here!
Will the letter discharging me from BR be automatically sent and should I expect this, or do I have to chase the OR or court to get a letter?
What is the best/first thing one should do to get moving with sorting out getting credit scores back to what they should be?
If I have any savings from wages at the end of the month from now on, will the OR be able to "take" this from me, as I am still paying a sum back each month for another 2 years.
Thanks for any help! Much appreciated!

You will have to ask the OR for a letter if you are getting AD.
Do the credit file cleanup, and then over the next 6 years get whatever small credit you can. Mobile phone contract, sub-prime card paid off every month etc.
If you have an IPA then you shouldn't have much of a surplus once the IPA is paid. If you do, and it's due to an increase in income then you should tell the OR/MoonBeever. Then it's up to them.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB
