re. Adding London Underground customer charter refund to Oystercard

I have received a couple of these vouchers for the first time. I have read through all the notes on how they can be used but one thing isn't clear. Can I just ask for them to be added to my Oystercard to be used for future journeys beyond the zones covered on my Goldcard? I am going to Heathrow on Friday so want to use them for that.

Not sure - but if your card is PAYG enabled I'd have said yes0

Yes you can. I always get them to put it on my Oyster card. Have done it at both TFL and National rail stations.0
