Bridal flowers and table centrepieces - Essex

Hi, our daughter is trying to sort her Bridal flowers and floral table centrepieces in the Essex area. We need the tall Martini glass centrepieces as the venue has a high ceiling.
Can anyone recommend a good flower arranger who will not bleed us dry please, lol?
