Wilkinson discount in checkout??

Hi, can anyone confirm when the discount is taken in Wilkinsonplus' checkout. When I put my item in the basket it shows as full price but is marked on the website as '% discount taken off marked price', I go through to checkout click pick up at shop but the overall price still doesn't alter, payment details are shown on the same page which I fill in and it just says place order at bottom of page which I don't want to do if the price isn't going to alter. Surely discount should now be shown after I've chosen the delivery method. Any ideas?

I think that the price reduction doesn't actually show until the payment page. If in doubt, go back to your basket and take a screenshot which shows the 50% offer. Then at least if it doesn't deduct the 50% you'll have your proof and can chase them up. I've always found Wilkinsons customer service to be really good at sorting out any problems, if it helps

Hi, thanks for replying, I was on the payment page, I filled my credit card details in and chose free delivery, this updated the checkout to show the free delivery but still the discount didn't show. The only button then was 'place order'. I didn't order as it was coming up at £59 yet half hour later when I tried again item was OOS so it appears people must've been buying at a reduced price as they wouldn't have all bought so quickly at full price.
