NOVA tax rebate phone call

About 2008-10 I was a temporary worker and paid through NOVA who calculated my tax weekly allowing for travelling expenses etc.
This morning I received a phone call from OBK, apparently the preferred accountants for NOVA saying that I'm owed £346 as my expenses submitted outweigh the tax I have paid and offering to claim it back for me. They have sent me a text and if I reply yes a they'll send some forms and I'll get a cheque in a few weeks time...
Too good to be true? I can't find anything dodgy about them online, I'm inclined to think it's legit and they're just taking their cut.
So I guess my questions are:
1 Any experience of OBK or this particular operation?
2 Any way I can see how much I'm owed, how much they're taking and whether it's simple to do this myself and save paying them?
3 Any idea where my P60 might be hidden? Guess I'm going to need it?!
To add to this, when I moved and stopped using NOVA (I think they shut down) they submitted my tax incorrectly and I got a tax bill for about £500 which I still haven't claimed back - OBK insist that this is totally unrelated.

Completely ignore them.
Just ring HMRC and explain the situation to them.
Do it now because I think there is a time frame for reclaiming any overpaid tax.
Nove will charge you for doing this, something you could easily do with just the cost of a phone call.make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
