Bridesmaid dress dilemma - Help!

Hi Guys.
Having a little drama with just over 3 weeks to go.
My mum kindly made my bridesmaid dresses, 50s style in a beautiful red broderie anglais fabric. One fits perfectly but the other two the top half doesn't fit at all.

So has anyone seen any nice red dresses that would work for bridemaids? Im open to style/price but they have to be red to match the boys.

Thanks in advance

Is there no way they can be altered? By a seamstress if your Mum can't?

Problem is that the third bridesmaid is coming from Australia the day before the wedding so no time to fix hers in an emergency.

    Need a back up!

Love that VoH one but slightly pricey.

    Thanks guys.

How do you know that one fits but two don't if the third bridesmaid is only coming from Australia the day before?

As for a backup, you may need to be slightly more "open to style/price" if you need something with three weeks to go.

Well I can't know for sure but the girls are wearing the same size dress and are a similar build.

Was only wondering if anyone had seen anything on the high street, not to delve into the specifics of the fitting issue.
