Mortgage arrears

Hi all, ive just contacted my mortgage company to say its very likely im going to miss last months mortgage payment because of cashflow or lack of it at the moment and the idiot i spoke to said its already a late payment on your credit file and i had better ring back by next week saying how im going to pay or an agent will be sent round, this is the first payment ive missed in 3 years for christ sake, can anyone give me any info what they are likely to do, many thanks.

Hi RL,i would be tempted to ring them back and ask to speak to a non idiot ,and complain at the attitude of the person you previously spoke to ,usually they are alot more considerate to these sorts of circumstances .
