Hi everyone
I have 3 major debts , the ones on the top line of my sig
RB1 - is Robinson Way for a Halifax Loan
RB2 - is Robinson Way for Halifax OD
jdw - is a Jd Williams account now held with Tocatto
I'm just wondering how to go about asking for a full and final settlement on these .. Is it a case of calling them and asking or do I write to them ? And how does one know they will stick to what they say after I've paid and don't come back looking for more
Also how much is realistic to get knocked off ? These debts have been around my neck for hmm Id say at least 4 years and only last 6 months have I finally knuckled down and started to pay them off regular even if via tiny payments , I still occasionally miss a payment and then they are hounding me via the phone . They have been with several different debt agencies to which I cant remember the names .
