Main Prize – The winner must receive the prize before 31st December 2013. Winners under the age of 18, must be accompanied by and adult over 18. Proof of ID may be required and any main prize winner under the age of 18 may be required to provide evidence of consent by a parent or legal guardian upon request by the promoter in order to collect the main prize. The main prize available to the winner is:

Train travel to and from London for the winner and a friend (Winner's Friend) up to the value of £75 per person
1 night for 2 people (in a twin or double room) at a 5 star hotel in central London including breakfast
Meal and drinks for 2 at a Michelin Star French restaurant (up to the value of £150).

Please note that the main prize winner and/or winners friend will require access to a credit/debit card in order to check in the hotel and cover incidentals.

Once a booking is confirmed for the main prize, any name or date changes requested by the main prize winner must be in writing. Name or date changes may not be possible once a booking has been confirmed. Where changes are possible, they will incur and administration charge of £25 per change plus any suppliers costs incurred by IMS Limited. The promoter shall not be responsible for such charges and any permitted changes shall be subject to any such charges being settled by the main prize winner.

The main prize cannot be taken over Christmas, new year, valentines day, school holidays, award ceremonies or public holidays in UK.

The main prize winner and the winners friend shall be required to sign and complete a winner information & prize acceptance form and to submit copies of their passports in order to enable IMS Limited to book their main prize trip. The main prize winners requested departure date must have a minimum of 45 days advance notice of travel after completion of their winner form unless stated otherwise.
