Tesco Christmas Saver

Can anyone tell me if Tesco have some type of safeguard for posting out a big amount of vouchers please?

wanting to save the maximum of £360 onto the Christmas saver but checked Tesco website and it says if lost in post they will put the voucher value onto a moneycard if claimed as lost before the vouchers are redeemed!

Tbh if they have been lost and maybe taken, by the time you know they should be with you its more than likely too late.

I usually use Park as i know these big chunks of vouchers get delivered by a courier and hand deliver it.

Really want to get the ipad from Tesco though, which is why i wanted to top up my Christmas saver :)

Thank you :)

Hopefully, if you do it online, they'd email you to tell you they're posting the vouchers out so you can look out for them arriving.

I was going to say a savings account would be better, but if you save £100 you get £6 bonus which is quite a good rate of 'interest' - it's fixed though so if you save £360 you still only get £6 which isn't quite so stellar (still 1.6% though).
A kind word lasts a minute, a skelped erse is sair for a day.

Maybe the £1 from saving £49 on paper stamps is better as i won't have to worry about them getting lost in the post and i will gain an extra £1 then :)

I stopped doing the tesco saver scheme a couple of years ago but when i did, the vouchers were always sent out by recorded delivery

Ooh thanks Loonytoons. This is my 2nd year doing it and last year they were sent normally. But maybe thats because i forgot about topping up and only had the initial £2 i started with lol.
