MoonBeever and an IPA...

AdvicePlease
I always thought that MoonBeever just collected the money from an IPA on behalf of the Official Receiver, but they have recently written to me regarding a re-assessment of my IPA (the IPA was suspended for 3 months by the RLTU in November 2012). Is this normal?
MoonBeever have asked me to submit another income and expenditure assessment, complete with supporting documentation - I have told them that all the original documentation is on file, and just sent through bank statements

MoonBeaver do collect on behalf of the OR but they also can assess and have the discretion to agree the terms under which the bankrupt will make good any missed payments and ensure that the schedule of payments is brought up to date within the term of the IPA/IPO (maximum 36 months), withoutreference to the originating LTAU.0

But the IPA has been suspended by the RLTU so there is no question about missed payments? I might give them a ring, that answer worries me a bit0 -
Wow, I have found a helpful person at MoonBeever
Just spoke to them, they have really set my mind at rest, they have collected the information on behalf of the OR and have simply sent the paperwork to the OR for a decision to be made, so there is no problem they are just waiting for the OR to reply. Phew
