hi
we have recently remorgaged from kensington underwritten by barclays to another provider;
due to unemployment our account was in arrears hence remortage and the high cost of interest rates from kensington we have been informed on the redemption notice we will have to incurr one months interest at £2188.90 and solicitors cost of £1682.27
can anyone help if we can claim back these fees also overcharged fees defult notice i understand solictors fees have to be classed as reasonable any help will be greatfully recieved
