1st and probably last time of ordering online from Sainbury's - very, very unhappy with Sainbury's :mad: I ordered 2 to be delivered instore. The order said I would be emailed and receive a text when they arrived instore. I received neither but have just received an email to say as they have not been collected from the store they have been returned.:mad:
Their CS was not at all helpful, couldn't help and couldn't reorder and they are out of stock online.

That happened to me a few months ago,ordered a picture,totally forgot about it,never received anything to say it was instore and then was informed I'd not collected it.

I rang CS too and they were a waste of time,they didn't even know if it had gone back,it seemed to have disappeared,they then said it may have been give to someone else by mistake.

Same happened with the doorstop,no email to say it was there but when I checked my account online it said it was instore so I just went and low and behold it was there.
