Hi guys,

I'm looking to join ACCA, and I'm gearing myself up for doing module F6 Paper on taxation. I understand its about tax when it comes to dealing with self employed, inheritance and VAT.

Can somebody recommend me a good book for pro forma computation.

I would like to practise as much as possible.

You can buy texts second hand but tax changes almost every year so you.must make sure any Text you purchase is for the current year. Texts are published by bpp and Kaplan. Try amazon or eBay.

You can also download past papers and articles from accas own website. These are free and give the format of answer the examiner wishes to see.

Edit - sorry just reread your question . I would recommend the bpp practice and revision kit for f6 for this year if you only buy one book. At least 50 prior exam questions and bpp rewrite the answers each year to make sure they accurately reflect the current tax rules. Should be £18.
