Relating to persons leaving the UK in order to avoid paying CGT.
The new rules (book) can be downloaded from a proper accountants site.
Plus lots of other useful info & books.
I am an expat myself & ex accountant but I still don't look a gift horse in the mouth when it comes to keeping on the right side of the rules. For the princely sum of £1 you will have access to great tax info. Don't forget to cancel your sub within a month though.
