No refund after 30 days what do i do???

I bought some kettle bells that arrived damaged from Gorilla sports. I phoned them and they collected them next day. We have then since had a email war on what is good customer service and although they say they have a no quibble 14 day money back guarantee they told me their returns policy is within 30 days. They also said they would refund me before 2nd march they haven't so now what do i do????
