I have been given a personalised illustration from a mortgage consultant. 95 ltv mortgage at a fixed rate of 4.99 until 2018 after term it reverts to standard variable 5.69%. I'd this any good?

Didn't your original consultant explain why he recommended that particular scheme? Did he not show your the results of the research carried out to make that particular recommendation? If not, call him/her, and ask the reasons for their recommendation.0
