I dont know about getting fees back you have to get a mortgage in the first place. They have some very good rates but abysmal service and turn around times. I only use them when the client doesnt need a remortgage for at least 3 monthsI like to give people as many choices as possible to do what I want them to. (Milton H Erickson I think)0

Placed a case with cheshire 4 weeks ago and its only just got the valuation back. First case ive given them, and there won't be no more going that way. Almost as bad as woolwich at the moment, I've been on hold 22mins trying to get through to the broker "support" team  Do you reckon if I took this mortgage offer and the phone to the loo with me they would answer whilst I was on it :rolleyes:I am a Mortgage Adviser

Why is every-one going off topic and not answering the OP question,he/she no longer has a mortgage with them ,they are asking about when you pay off your mortgage and the fee was unfair. To be happy you need to make someone happy.0

We are not sure which and how much the fees are he is talking about. they could be exit fees but also could be early redeption fees. You are making an assumption that the fee was unfair. It might have been but equally well might not have beenI like to give people as many choices as possible to do what I want them to. (Milton H Erickson I think)0
