I understand what you've done now.

I'd posted it with a non working direct link just in case it was unique.

Clicking on the word Waterstones would lead you to the main comp page & from there you could be sure that the link was not tied to any entrant.
I always post the working link as the first line on threads that I post.

Intrepid specific terms and conditions
Not included in the prize are airport transfers, trip kitty, any passport or visa fees required, vaccinations, travel insurance, and additional services not specified in the itinerary.
The trip must be taken by 1 October 2013. No extension is available.
The trip is subject to availability and confirmation from Intrepid at the time of booking. Please see the standard Intrepid Travel booking conditions at https://www.intrepidtravel.com/bookingconditions
The prize trip cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or special offers.
The prize trip is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or exchange. The winner may only travel on a departure once 4 paying passengers are already confirmed.
The winner must book their prize trip and flights directly with Intrepid Travel by calling 0845 450 5310 and quoting the winning promo code which will be supplied by email.
As a requirement of these terms and conditions, you accept that Intrepid Travel may contact you within 2 weeks of your return, for a post-trip interview which may be used in any of Intrepid's marketing material.

The promoter is Waterstones, 203 – 206 Piccadilly W1J 9HD. The prize providers are Lonely Planet Publications Limited (3970494) of BBC Media Centre, 201 Wood Lane, London, W12 7TQ, United Kingdom and Intrepid Guerba Ltd, of Wessex House, 40 Station Rd, Westbury, Wilts, BA13 3J (‘Intrepid’).
No purchase necessary. Please enter your name, email address and contact number in the spaces provided. Only one entry per person allowed. Proof of entering is not proof of receipt of entry.
To be eligible, entries must be received on or before the closing date of 15/04/2013 at 11:59 PM. All entries shall become the property of Waterstones.com, and their directors, officers, representatives, advertising and promotional agencies are not responsible for contacting or forwarding prizes to entrants who provide unclear or incomplete information or for entries lost, misdirected, delayed or destroyed.
Entrants must be aged 18 or over and residents of the UK and Ireland.
There will be two prize winners who will win two spaces on Intrepid's Turkey Express tour, plus two return economy flights from London and £1,000 spending money in total.
The promoter reserves the right to amend the specification of the prize or offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.

No cash alternative will be offered. The prize is non-transferable.
A random draw will take place on the morning of 18/04/2013 to select the winner. The prize winner will be notified by telephone/email, and will need to respond by midnight 22/04/2013 as to whether they are able to accept the prize. If a selected entrant does not meet all of the contract conditions, another entrant will be selected from the remaining eligible entries.
This competition is not open to employees of Waterstones, Lonely Planet, Intrepid or their immediate families.
By entering the contest, entrants, consent to the use of their names, city of residence, photograph and/or image for publicity purposes in all media carried out by Waterstones, without payment or compensation.
The decisions of the contest judges are final. The prize must be accepted as awarded.
The right is reserved to terminate or withdraw this contest at any time.
a) All entries become the property of Waterstones, who assume no responsibility for lost, stolen, delayed, damaged or misdirected entries or for any failure of the website during the promotional period, for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or entry to be received by Waterstones on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet or any website, or any combination thereof including any injury or damage to an entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from playing or downloading any material in the promotion. Waterstones reserve the right, in its sole discretion to cancel or suspend the email portion of this contest should a virus or bug or other cause beyond the reasonable control of Waterstones corrupt the security or proper administration of the contest. Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of this promotion is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, Waterstones reserve the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution.
