if you've done your full application today then you'll have a couple of weeks to go yet i suspect.

2-3 days to be assessed, pretty quick at the moment provided your broker has packaged the case properly, if it gets bounced back for more info, it could take extra few days each time.

We can, via case tracking on the AFI website.

You'll have to ask your broker to update you. I update my clients every day or two, without being asked.

With regards submitting docs, your broker should know 99% of the time what they will ask for, I normally submit these immediately, so that when they assess the case they have everything they need, it can then be passed straight to underwriting.

If the full application was submitted yesterday, then you are looking at 48 hours worst case scenario for it to be looked at. Initially they tend to come back with little questions which can be addressed by the broker direct.

Wouldn't expect it to drag on for more than a week for the survey to be instructed.

No need to be chasing the broker every day but he should be managing your expectations

    Good luck
