Car whilst undischarged

Hi everybody

I am just wondering if I will be able to lease out a car whilst an undischarged bankrupt?? I would be using the car to get to and from work.

Any suggestions most welcome...its just a thought at the moment

If it's to get to and from work, then I don't see why not.

Two things that might be hurdles, one whether you'd get the credit and the other whether the OR will allow you the expenses within your SOA.
