Bad credit Mortgages

Hi - i have good credit and my partner had some defaulted loans which are all settled and nearly 5 years old. what are the chances of us getting a mortgage? we have a 30k deposit and looking to buy around the 200k region.

You might not have access to everything on the market but you will be able to get a mortgage.
