refund for thousands of employees advice needed asap!!

Options
Hi all,

I work in the pub industry and am provided with accommodation at a cheap price.I pay council tax and rent but only totals about 50 pound a week.

I am on the verge of claiming back 1000's of employees expenses laundering there own uniform for work.I'm clear on the process of this.

What I need to do is a sample claim to the hmrc for the last 4 years of washing my chef clothing that is branded etc but i'm scared they might hit me or my employees for unpaid tax for possible subsidised accommodation?

Anybody offer any advice as this could be ground breaking for my employees.(i realise its a small amount individually but large scale is BIG)

Cheers for any advice
