Am wondering if Abbey/Santander have changed the way they do their dips??
A couple of people on here have mentioned Abbey dips not showing up but the BDM told me ages ago that they did hard credit searches on dips.
We have just had a client who passed on dip but then failed on the full app based on her credit score
Abbey seems to have 'gone a bit halifax'
Does anyone know if their dips are now soft???
(We have a new BDM and she is hopeless...)0
