As long as the other party is happy to sign over the property and you affordability assessment stacks up this should go thru.
Thanks to everyone for the advice on this I was wondering whether there is a way of determining my affordability for taking on the mortgage before I approach the bank? I have a fair bit of debt I am trying to clear as much as possible before I approach the bank.0
