For people getting these baskets I would get some hanging basket turning hooks as these baskets are very heavy to lift and turn. I tend to get easy turn hooks from ebay but wilko have 2 hook for £1

I ordered the original 14" baskets and then changed my mind and ordered the 12" ones too (was going to cancel the first order)! I then rang to cancel the initial order (about 15 mins after placing it) and I have to say they have the worst customer services ever. It says on their site you can cancel by phone, but when you ring they have no problems understanding until you mention the word cancel and then they just repeat that there is too much static on the line and they can't hear properly and to ring back. I rang back on at least 5 occasions - different days and times and every time I get the same answer. So I decided to email to cancel, sent 2 emails and received both parcels today! I know I can return but then I have to pay return postage costs so I'll probably keep all of them. Put me off ever ordering from them again in the future. Sorry for the ranting post but thought I'd warn others of my problem (my own fault for changing my mind!)

Gutted - mine arrived yesterday and are missing the "lattice gates" - so they're just pots with bl**dy big holes in! I've tried contacting cs and they're just not answering
And I've just realised, no chains either :(

Distance selling regulations give you 7 or 14 days to return goods without charge to yourself ( including postage ).
  • These turned up on Thursday and I'm really pleased with them. I ordered 8 as I wanted a second set for my Mum for Mothers day.

They are quite large so will be heavy when filled but they're absolutely perfect. I was worried they might be a bit cheap looking but they look quite smart and are really rigid. Hopefully they'll last for a good few summers!

    Thanks OP!! :)
