Spent almost an hour on the phone with their technical department going through Java settings to try and get the thing to work for a relative. It is a really cheap tacky system. Don't really see the need for something so awkward.

Been using the Santander online banking for years. Little or no problems with it.

The Ulster Bank's online system was crap too. As was the rest of the bank, it turns out...

I have been using Ulster Bank online system for years - it works perfectly for me, only hiccup was last summer when the systems were down.

I've been using the Ulster Bank's site for quite a while now, and I've been happy with it. I find the website easy to use and well laid out.

About a year ago I opened an account with the Northern Bank. What an awful website. If that had been my first time using online banking, it would have been my last.
