To be in with a chance of winning this amazing holiday, simply fill in the form below by 11.55pm on Friday 19 April 2013.
Special terms and conditions:
1) The prize is for a winner and their guest, two adults (18 and over), and is valid between 1 June and 31 December 2013 excluding departures and arrivals on UK bank holidays and bank holiday weekends. Flights and accommodation are both subject to availability and may not be available on all dates during this period. Please note August – October receives more rain than other months in Thailand.
2) The prize is for 10 nights’ accommodation at the five-star rated Banyan Tree in Phuket Thailand on a bed and breakfast basis, based on two adults sharing a Deluxe villa, two economy return scheduled flights to Phuket International from any major UK airport; and return airport/resort transfers in Thailand. Prize also includes a full day speed boat trip, including lunch, to Phi Phi Don and Phi Phi Lay (weather dependent). Airport taxes and one piece of hold baggage, up to 20kgs per person, are included in the prize.
3) The prize winner is responsible for necessary inoculations, organising valid passport(s) and for securing any necessary visas or complying with other regulations.
4) Neither Tesco nor Teletext are liable for costs or expenses sustained outside of what is described, insofar as such liability can be limited in law.
5) Travel and meals other than stated (breakfast), beverages, UK airport transfers, spending money, additional hotel or other expenditure are not included. Activities, such as watersports and golf, mentioned in the copy are not included. Travel insurance is not included in the prize and must be taken out before travelling.
