Active CCJ post bankruptcy?

Hello, on my credit report it states that I have a CCJ from August 2008, the debt this refers to was included in my bankruptcy in May 2009, my credit report shows the 2008 CCJ as active (where as the bankruptcy entry is marked as satisfied) - is that normal or do I need to do something to get it marked as satisfied/partially settled or will it just automatically drop off my report after the 6 years like the bankruptcy will, Im finding all the credit report stuff really confusing so all help given is really greatfully recieved!

Yes, that is normal. Yes, it will automatically fall off.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB

I should have added that you can make enquiries to see if the court will mark it as settled. However most will seem to refuse due to them needing it to have actually been paid in full for them to do that, rather than it being unpaid but covered by a BR order.
Also having it marked as settled would be of debatable use anyway, as the bigger nastier black mark of the BR itself will be on your credit file for longer than the CCJ will.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB
