Help getting bankruptcy fees paid

Hi guys,
Thought this might come in useful for those people who are thinking about going BR but are having problems affording the fees. Somebody on another forum recently posted the following info taken from a leaflet from Severn Trent Trust Fund.
Apparently the leaflet (only recently published) states:
"In exceptional cases the Trustees will consider making a grant available to pay Bankruptcy fees. However applications will only be considered if they are completed with the help of a money advisor, experienced in Bankruptcy.
Bankruptcy is a serious step to take and you may be sent information on Bankruptcy and an additional form that must be completed in full with your money advisor. You should be able to show that your circumstances have so changed that you can no longer afford to pay what you owe."
Contact details are as follows:

Mmmm, needs some work doing on it but it's a start.

Thank you Richard, nice of you to mention it. :T Might I also suggest, seeing as I'm on a roll here, that it finds a place on Mike's 'new' site if he has no objections.
And I think I'll stick with dither...for now at least....unless you can come up with something better :rotfl:0 -
Hiya all,
Please don't shout at me if this has been posted previously, but United Utilities (water co) also help with BR fees.
My CAB man has applied for me.:grouphug: A smile, a 'please' and a 'thank you' cost nothing0 -

Hi Dsi,
I don't think anybody is going to shout at you for posting useful information like that.
