I don't have a clue where to start.. I am not even sure if I have the right area..
I declared BR in 2007.. it comes off all my reports in 2 months time.
I checked my credit reports from the 3 main ones and I am just confused.. Some of the debts say closed, some say sacrificed, some of them I noticed, 3 in particular have been giving big D's every month for the past 6 5 years, even tho they seem to have satisfied next to them.
This is where I'm getting lost.. i don't know who i need to talk to / write to.. what I need to write / include, I have no idea if they can give me the defaults, or if they have been doing it when no supposed to.. i wish there was a company that could just clean it up, or explain it to me properly.
I don't suppose anyone here could give me some advice on where I need to start, will try provide as much information as I can to help..
Regards Tom.

Yes, I received the Discharge letter, stamped a month after I was officially declared?
1 month, that has got to be a record on here! Well done op.
Do the agencies themselves have an option to dispute a record? I know Noddle/CallCredit do, but not sure about the rest.
Maybe write to each creditor still reporting?0 -
As long as the default date is recorded before or the date of your br then I wouldnt worry, as they should all fall off once the 6 years are up.£2 Savers club £0/£150

Hi there I am currently doing a clean myself 4 years after discharge. I found that with most off them I could get it sorted over the phone, and they changed the records. once you find the right dept in the company (usually the collections dept or something like that) They know that defaulting you is wrong and if you read the sticky on this forum regarding credit file clean up then you will have all the info you need, which scares them cause you know what your talking about, and the poor call operator on the other end usually doesn’t.
Read the sticky post first then call the companies (and don’t forget to use saynoto0870.com which will save you a fortune in call fees). if you have no joy with the calls then unfortunately you need to send a letter (there is a template in the sticky post on this forum) and wait 28 days if there still not changed then you need to send them another letter to inform them that they are in breech of certain regulations, I haven’t got that far myself yet so don’t want to advise you in something I haven’t really came across yet.
But anyway try the calls and hopefully that will work
All the best

The defaults have been added every month for the past 5+ years... this is confusing...0

No they haven't. It might have a d on every month , but the important thing is the default date .0
