    Well, if they have made mistakes, surely its in your interest to wait till they have corrected them and you can then say youve at least had a fair hearing.

    As far as I know they must follow procedure and wondered if this would be deemed to be a breach of the procedure?

    No breach of procedure from what I can see - they are entitled to correct their mistakes and hold the meeting at a later date. In broad terms, all they need to do is ensure the outcome of the procedure is reasonable.

    The longer it takes the longer you get paid if you think you'll get sacked. See it as a positive, gives you more time to prepare as well.

    If there are mistakes made then its in your interest and your employers to correct them.

    Only then is the procedure fair. Any action now based on incorrect notes opens the employer to claims of being incorrect.
