are all secured loans variable or can you get some fixed?

if you are given a total amount that you will pay back dose this mean that the loan may be a fixed rate?

just wondering as im waiting for the paperwork to be sent out and not sure if our loan was fixed

  • Hi-

A Majority of secured loans are on a variable rate, however some lenders DO offer fixed rates. I know some cap this at 5 years. You can get them but you'd be better of using a broker and not a lender.

Just make sure you check your paperwork as it will say.

Tell us who your lender is and I'll tell you if it's fixed or not.
