Shared Ownership mortgage needed

Hello
I have my name down on a lovely 2-bed shared-ownership property, but the mortgage lender we did the dip with has changed their offer, so that I will now pay 1% more and get no free solocitor (leeds and Holbeck, they ended the offer overnight monday because of the huge response). Does anyone know who else does shared ownership mortgages?
Thanks

There are quite a few other lenders that do shared ownership schemes - you can either go to a mortgage broker/adviser or visit one of the many comparison sites. These should be helpful.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a Mortgage Adviser, so you need to take my word for it. I'm with the Halifax too on a shared ownership mortgage. When I applied to our housing association for a shared ownership house they sent me a huge pile of info. On one of the leaflets or booklets was a list of mortage lenders who do shared ownership mortgages. You could check your documentation. Alternatively you could contact the housing association that you are using for the shared ownership for a list of alternative mortgage lenders.Baby Year 1: Oh dear...on the move
